(verb): being in a state of harmonic resonance

My name is Kaitlin Bachmeyer, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist providing Bodywork and Wellness Navigation services in Northern Colorado.

I created the word “bodinuity” to reflect the values of my company, and as a love letter to harmony. I work with individuals of all ages as well as teams, offering experiences that increase interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. I encourage sessions whether they be weekly, monthly, or quarterly, as a time to pivot from accumulated strain of modern living and encourage your innate resilience.



All sessions are booked by the hour and integrate modalities as called for: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Accupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Lympho-Fascial Release, Abdominal Massage, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, and Hot Towels. Kaitlin will artfully create modifications for Prenatal Massage, Hospice & Palliative Massage, House Calls, Event & Workplace Massage.
